Brinca Software is a team of seasoned entrepreneurs with software design and development, sales, marketing and finance backgrounds. We created an innovation lab to produce disruptive technology. We identify inefficient processes that can be interrupted and improved. In so doing, we create products that save money and time, improve user experience and, ultimately, change consumer behavior for better outcomes.

John Daly
Chief Executive Officer
John oversees Brinca Software's strategic vision and product innovation. After building his company from a small, guerilla-style, software consultancy, to the world’s largest provider of anti-money laundering software solutions to financial institutions worldwide, John sold Americas Software in 2004 to a multi-national publicly traded company. Fluent in English and Spanish, John got his undergraduate degree from the University of Michigan. An avid tennis player, and former Olympic swimmer, John directs his love for music as a board member of Miami Music Project, a music education non-profit.
Meg Daly
Chief Marketing Officer
Meg oversees marketing and sales for Brinca Software. A 30-year sales and marketing veteran, Meg owned First Media Direct, a breakthrough target marketing company catering to the broadcast television industry. She has also held executive positions in the public relations, advertising and real estate industries. Meg has a BA in English from Vanderbilt University and has served on numerous philanthropic boards. She was recently appointed by the Mayor to the City of Coral Gables Cultural Affairs Board.
Peter Thomson
Chief Financial Officer
Peter is responsible for Brinca Software’s financial success and administration. In the 1990s, Peter was involved in starting-up and exiting two technology companies, the first in software outsourcing and the second in international telecom. In 2001, he moved into the financial industry where he worked in commercial banking, financial planning and M&A. Peter earned his BA from Denison University, and MS from Carnegie Mellon University. He has also been active with non-profits such as the Jump$tart Coalition for Personal Financial Literacy and the National Center for Entrepreneurship.
Emil Stefanutti
Chief Operating Officer
Emil directs design and operations at Brinca Software. A 15 year entrepreneur, Emil has co-founded Real Manager, Corp., America Riches Network, Readactivity.net and Megazines Publications (acquired in 2005 by Grupo Editorial Armonia and NAFTA Fund of Mexico). Stefanutti also held positions at the NBA, Planeta Networks and eWork Media Group in Venezuela. He is a board member of Miami Music Project and EndPoverty.org. Born in Caracas, Venezuela, Stefanutti earned his degree in Design and Communications from the Istituto Europeo di Design in Milan, Italy.
